NOTICE
Please note we do not groom dog's that are in season, we advise that you postpone grooming until their season is finished.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We pride ourselves on outstanding results for both you and your dog, but we do understand that sometimes expectations are lost in translation.
If you are not happy with your dog's groom, please advise the groomer at time of collection. Otherwise, feel free to contact us within 48 hours of your dog's groom in order for us to adjust accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand things come up, however, as a really busy salon, we have a lot of customers waiting for appointments.
With this said, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if needing to cancel.
This will allow us to offer the appointment to another dog waiting for their groom.
With this in mind, please be advised we have a policy whereby, any cancellations within 48 hours will be chargeable.
None attendance is also chargeable.
LATENESS:
If you are unreasonably late to collect your dog, a late fee will be incurred at our discretion.
If you are going to be late please call us, your appointment will be held for 15 minutes, lateness exceeding 15 minutes could result in your appointment being terminated.
